You're invited ! Announcing 2025 Foraging Provence Dates
/Bonjour from the South of France! I’m Beth an expat and interior designer now living in the South of France. I have grown to love the simplicity of the Provençal lifestyle of slowing down, time spent in nature, connected with the seasons. My passion is sharing this beautiful way of life with others and my inspiration for creating Foraging Provence. More than a retreat, it’s a bespoke tour and intimate experience of a hidden Provence. This immersive, creative experience is designed for those who wish to enjoy Provence as a local in two of its best seasons - late spring, early summer for the lavender, poppies, and cherries and autumn for the truffles, mushrooms, and vibrant foliage.
We are thrilled to announce our Foraging Provence dates for 2025. You are invited to explore the quaint villages of the Luberon, connect with local artisans, picnic, e-bike, hike, and create along the way. Your days will be a wondrous blend of creative workshops, delightful excursions, cultural experiences, and time to connect with other like-minded creatives. Every detail is thought out and taken care of for you to simply experience and enjoy!
Join us for a dreamy week in the Provence !

All meals - petit dejeuner (breakfast & coffee served in your Provencal home each morning), lunches (a variety of 3 course meals at cache’ restaurants the locals know, a gourmet picnic in an artist’s home, and exquisite dinners (3 catered by our private chef in the home and 3 at local restaurants). Q: What’s not included?

Q: Is this an artist’s retreat?
A: This retreat is perfect for artists and novices alike. Two of our outings will be creative workshops with local artists. Many of our past guests are professional artists but most are adventurous spirits who enjoy the process of creating in a nurturing, inspiring environment.
Q: How much hiking and biking is involved?
A: Our past guests range from 17 - 70s. The hikes are light to moderate but the terrain is hilly and can be steep at times with stairs and cobblestones. We will ride e-bikes on one special day from the neighboring villages of Bonnieux to La Coste with stops along the way to enjoy the lavender fields, cherry orchards, and a delicious lunch at a restaurant. Helmets and a safety lesson are included. The biking day is always one of our guests’ top rated activity. It’s an exhilarating way to experience the beauty of the Luberon Valley!
Q: What is the closest airport to Goult? How do I get from the airport to Goult? What if I want to go to Paris or explore more of Provence before or after the retreat?
A: The closest airport is Marseilles (a 50 minute car ride). There is a direct flight from Atlanta to Nice which is also popular among our guests. We have excellent referrals for private drivers. We can also provide recommendations for Paris, Nice, and nearby areas of Provence. For an additional fee, we are happy to help tailor bonus days to add on to the beginning or ending of your stay in France.
